Our sustainable workshops take pride in using high quality materials and procedures. All of our cabinet products are made with CARB P2 and FSC compliant materials.

Cabinet Materials

All INOLAV vanities are made using hardwood plywood of the highest grade. This type of material is well equipped to resist the humid conditions of a bathroom environment without compromise. Whether finished on durable lacquer paint or a natural wood veneer, our hardwood plywood vanities will stand the test of time. We do not use particle board, HDF, MDF or any other low quality board in the elaboration of our products. Our cabinet handles are made from corrosion resistant aluminum and are available in four different finishes.

Cabinet Construction and Details

Digging deeper into our vanities you will find a fine selection of hardware and details. All of our hinges and drawer sliders are adjustable and soft close. Our DTC drawer sliders are full extension and equipped with a quick release system to ease the installation process. This type of drawer sliders is also heavy duty and mounted underneath the drawer, well out of sight, for an elegant and clean look. Our cabinet wall hanging system is from BLUM (Austria) and allows the adjustment of the cabinet after it's been hung for a perfect leveling.

Cabinet Finishes

All INOLAV furniture pieces undergo a 10 step multi-finish process to ensure a water resistant and heavy duty varnish. This process allow our finishes to withstand the test of time and bathroom conditions. This process includes multiple layers of sanding, fine sanding, pre-stain, final stain, sealing, baking, varnishing, and cleaning. All products are inspected by hand under rigorous quality controls and are free of any dust particles.

Counter Tops

Our low maintenance and non-porous counter tops will give a clean look for years to come. They are stain and scratch resistance for your piece of mind. Choose from either a Solid Surface or Quartz Stone material to better complement your style and decor.

The Solid Surface material is made of 38% polyester resin and 60% aluminum hydroxide powder. The result is a beautiful one-piece integrated design without seams. The surface is also non-porous, heat and scratch resistant. Our idea of the perfect modern counter top.

Our Quartz Stone counter tops will stand against some of the toughest tests of durability and use. This low maintenance surface is also heat resistant and highly resistant to scratches. Quartz stone is one of the strongest surfaces worldwide. Now offered in 3cm for a more premium look.
